If you are looking for a relaxed and friendly break – somewhere where you can enjoy wonderful countryside views or use as a base from which to explore our beautiful countryside then Newnham Manor is the B & B for you.

This beautiful Georgian Grade II Listed Manor house is situated in the middle our family working farm. All around are fields of deep peace.
 
The interior giving a feeling of timeless elegance,Trish has an eye for striking colour and each room seems to sing with walls of brilliant viridian, coral, raspberry and mint, reflecting the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere with a refreshing modern twist.
 
The Manor is a house for all seasons; being cool in the summer, with stone and wood floors and warm in the winter, with large open log fires in the hall and drawing room. All the downstairs rooms have French doors spilling out onto south facing terraces, over looking the wonderful garden, where you can sit and enjoy the sun set, with a glass of pimms, after a hard game of tennis or croquet.
 
The recently refurbished six bedrooms are warm and pampering, with easy access to either a shower or bath. Four of the rooms have spectacular, unbroken views of the countryside.

Walking, cycling, golf, tennis or simply sitting in our beautiful gardens Newnham Manor has it all. In the evening there are a variety of places to eat from friendly pubs such as The Black Horse at Ireland to fine dining restaurants in nearby Baldock and afterwards you can enjoy the clear night sky as you walk back to Newnham Manor.

Centrally situated for visiting historic market towns such as Hatfield, Hitchin, Hertford, Cambridge and Chiltern Hills. There are several walks from Newnham that many of our visitors have come to enjoy.
